* Scratch repair, cloudy spot repair, color correction, and cracking require a shoe polish fee in addition to each repair fee.
* Washing, stain repair, and crater repair are shoe polish included rates.
Steps For Purchasing
- Fill out the form to place your order.
- Within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday you will receive either pick up or shipping instructions with a shipping label depending on which you selected.
- Box up your shoes and wait and send them to us. We recommend wrapping your shoes in bubble wrap or heavy paper to keep them protected in transit. If you have shoe bags, we do recommend sending them in the shoe bags.
- Once received, we will get to work on your shoes. Typically your shoes will spend 4 to 7 days with us and then will be sent back. If for some reason there is a delay, we will notify you.
*Please note, turnaround times are only estimates and can vary based on demand and level of attention needed for each pair of shoes. - When your shoes are complete, we will send you before and after pictures as well as the return tracking number.
