You do not need to make a reservation if you are checking in for a consultation. But we highly recommend it if you want to get service done and especially if there are more than two or more pair.

We are working to sell all the products we work with and many other premium Boot, Shoe and Sneaker Care products. We will also be available to anyone to explain how to use all our leather care products.
It is possible for 3 or more pairs. Any shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Yes, when handing over your Boots, Shoes and Sneakers we would prefer that you would keep them in their shoe boxes. Proper shoe trees are also always recommended.
Our professional boot and shoe care team can typically finish between 20 to 30 pairs of boots and shoes in a single day, depending on the condition of the footwear and the specific services required. We prioritize a high level of quality and attention to detail over quantity to ensure each pair receives the type of care and attention it deserves.
